Greetings! Happy you made it here. I was recently inspired to take the next step from my reels content and create a page of recipes, food reviews and possible profiling. Is this its final destination? No. I'm chipping away at that and will share when the time is right. For now, it's like an imaginary place in my living room. Enjoy! Taste as you go. THE BEST KATSU-LIKE SANDWICH

Okay, Okay! Probably not the best sandwich EVER but I was so happy with this that I laughed and cried while exploring my first bites. Taste as you go. Get that cabbage slaw just right. Make sure the Katsu sauce has a tangy punch. And drain a little of the daikon liquid off if you're going to combine it with the carrots. Pickled cucumber or apples would also be nice. Remember, this is meant to be MESSY. Let it get all over the place.
